During the school semester, CORE Ministry meets every Thursday Night from 7-8:30. We believe very strongly in reaching out to young adults on the college campus and in their work environments. Our Thursday night program desires to create an inviting environment for all young adults. The program provides time for students to hang out as well as worship and a teaching time. This ministry is the place for young Christians to invite their friends so that all may be touched by the Grace of Jesus Christ. In this program we want to help ALL young adults with the problems they deal with daily. Whether a person is a Christian or not, they have problems and it is this ministry’s duty to help be a guide to young adults as well as a place of support for handling these issues. This is a place where judgmental attitudes are left at the door and trust becomes the center piece of what makes CORE a special place to be.
We have just finished discussing the nature of pride, and starting in March we will be taking a look at how to have more humbled hearts. I hope everyone will come out and see us. If you missed any of our teachings, check out our videos.
